407nm UV-Cut OCA: Standard adhesives only block up to 380nm. We utilize an exclusive Japanese UV-Cut OCA that blocks 99% of UV rays up to 407nm, slowing the brightness decay ratio by 6.5 times.

Customized Double-Layer Ceramic Ink: To prevent cover lens ink from peeling under prolonged sun exposure, we apply a specialized high-temperature ceramic ink formulated for extreme weatherability.

IR (Infrared) Blocking Film: We apply an IR film that blocks 85% of near-infrared rays (850-1200nm). This reduces the internal module temperature by 5-8°C, preventing thermal blackouts in outdoor equipment.

Furthermore, the capacitive footprint of a static water droplet differs significantly from a true finger press. Our firmware-level Water Rejection algorithm ignores erratic signals caused by large-area flowing water while remaining highly sensitive to the press of a gloved finger, perfectly supporting large-area wet tracking.

While consumer-grade touch ICs cannot penetrate thick glass, we deploy high-voltage driving signals and high-SNR touch controllers specifically for thick-lens projects. By redesigning the ITO sensor patterns and tuning the driving voltage, we maintain a hyper-accurate ±0.1mm precision and ≤50ms response time, even through glass thicker than 6mm, ensuring flawless multi-touch alongside IK10 protection.
